He brings 34 years of coaching and consulting experience with clients across NZ, Australia, Pacific Islands, USA, UK and Japan and has helped many clients win game-changing contracts.
He also leads our B2B perception research and facilitation service lines.

Rosie Paul, Senior Consultant
Rosie will support you to better understand how your firm’s performance is perceived by your clients or other stakeholders, and how you can improve it.
She has an extensive background in corporate communications management with experience in organisational cultural change, business communications strategy (internal and external), reputation management and stakeholder relations, prior to joining Rainmaker in 2010.

Jan Miller, Support Services Manager
Jan is a less visible but vital 'Raindrop' who provides the seamless interface with the people we are seeking to interview on behalf of our clients and somehow ensures we get to interview the right person at the right time!
Scheduling a 45-minute qualitative interview with a busy executive at relatively short notice is no mean feat at the best of times - Jan is often tasked with coordinating multiple appointments in a short time frame for our Perception Research programmes.
She also weaves her magic with the design and production of our Customer Relationship Survey Reports for clients.
